Thailand Highlights Tourism Excellence at ITB Berlin 2025

Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra highlighted Thailand’s strong presence at ITB Berlin 2025, the world’s largest tourism trade fair, where over 180 countries are participating. She emphasized the opportunity for Thailand to engage with global tourism operators, particularly from Europe, to better understand industry demands and explore ways the government can support tourism growth.

During the event, Paetongtarn met with Thai tourism entrepreneurs attending ITB Berlin, gaining insights into the sector’s potential and challenges. She stressed the importance of unlocking Thailand’s tourism capabilities, ensuring sustained industry growth, and fostering international collaboration.

As part of Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism & Sports Year 2025, the government aims to elevate the country’s tourism sector, making it more vibrant, creative, and competitive. Paetongtarn reaffirmed her commitment to working alongside Thai businesses to enhance the industry’s global standing, further solidifying Thailand’s role as a premier travel destination.
